Wall-A-Bowl Two-Year Limited Warranty & Five-Year Structural Warranty

  1. Two-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Period: Two (2) years from the original date of retail purchase.

Coverage:
Cainway LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Wall-A-Bowl product (“the Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, per operating instructions, for two (2) years from the purchase date.

Remedies:
If a covered defect arises, Cainway LLC will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product, or
  • Replace the Product with the same or a comparable model.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days—whichever is longer.

  1. Five-Year Structural Warranty

Warranty Period: Five (5) years from the original date of retail purchase.

Coverage:
Cainway LLC warrants the structural integrity of the Wall-A-Bowl product (polyethylene shell and mounting hardware) for five (5) years, excluding walls, cosmetic parts, or components subject to normal wear.

If a structural defect occurs during this period under normal residential use, Cainway LLC will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair or reinforce the structural component, or
  • Replace the affected structural component.
  1. Conditions for Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Valid receipt, order confirmation, or other documentation showing purchase date and authorized seller.
  2. Product Information: Model name, serial number (if applicable), and a description of the defect.
  3. Compliance With Instructions: Product must have been used, cleaned, mounted, and maintained according to published guidelines.
  4. Timely Notice: Notify Cainway LLC of the defect within the applicable warranty period.
  5. Proof of Defect (if requested): Photos, video, or, in certain cases, rendering the defective item unusable prior to replacement.

Shipping instructions for returns will be provided if required.

  1. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Commercial use or use outside normal household conditions
  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by Cainway LLC
  • Cosmetic damage or scratches that do not affect function
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, water (unless rated for it), or natural disasters
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets beyond normal use (e.g., chewing, forceful impact, deliberate destruction)

Cainway LLC reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is covered.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the Product.
  • Cainway LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to walls, floors, or personal property.
  • No employee or representative may modify or extend this warranty.

Some states or countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. These limitations may not apply to you.

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos or video if available

Cainway LLC will provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Shipping of replacement products will be covered by Cainway LLC for defective items.

Refunds are not covered under this warranty. Refunds and returns are handled under the Wall-A-Bowl Return & Refund Policy.
