These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products sold under the Wall-A-Bowl brand by Cainway LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company.

By purchasing products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products sold through the Wall-A-Bowl website, including but not limited to:

  • Replacement parts
  • Hardware kits
  • Mounting templates
  • Accessories
  • Affiliate products offered through the website

Products are available only for shipment within the contiguous United States.

  1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Cainway LLC.

Cainway LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

Orders may be canceled by the customer prior to shipment.

Prices do not include applicable sales taxes unless explicitly stated.

Cainway LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

If a shipment is reported missing, Cainway LLC may initiate a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit, Cainway LLC will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, customers must notify Cainway LLC before shipment so corrections can be made.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error by Cainway LLC.

Exchanges may be granted for unused items returned in original packaging.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. The customer must notify Cainway LLC within a reasonable time.
  2. Cainway LLC will provide return instructions.

Cainway LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse of the product.

Customers should periodically inspect installed products to ensure hardware remains secure.

  1. Pet Safety Disclaimer

Wall-A-Bowl products are intended solely for feeding pets when properly installed according to the provided instructions.

Pets should be supervised during initial use to ensure safe interaction with the product.

The product is not intended for excessive loads, climbing, hanging, or other uses beyond normal feeding activity.

Pet owners are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper installation according to the provided instructions
  • Installing the product into suitable wall structures using appropriate hardware
  • Periodically inspecting mounting hardware to ensure it remains secure

Discontinue use if the product becomes damaged, loose, or unstable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cainway LLC is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, excessive loading, or failure to maintain the installation.

  1. Food Safety / Cleaning Disclaimer

Wall-A-Bowl products are manufactured using materials generally recognized as safe for food contact when used as intended.

Products should be cleaned regularly to maintain proper hygiene. Cleaning instructions are provided with the product.

Wall-A-Bowl products are not dishwasher safe.

Customers are responsible for following the cleaning and care instructions provided with the product.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cainway LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss resulting from improper installation or misuse

Total liability for any claim related to the purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

The parties agree that arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Cainway LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The Terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction
